WATCHTOWER is designed to help block unwanted calls while respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed, how it is used, and what choices remain under your control.

1. No collection by the app

The WATCHTOWER Android app does not collect, sell, or share personal data. The app does not create a user profile and does not send personal information to an external server.

2. Local and offline operation

WATCHTOWER's core features are designed to work locally on your device. The processing required for call blocking remains on the device when permitted by the operating system.

3. Call data

WATCHTOWER may use call blocking features provided by your device to identify or block unwanted numbers. This information is not sent by WATCHTOWER to third parties.

4. Advertising and tracking

The app does not contain advertising and does not use advertising tracking tools. No advertising identifier is used to track you.

5. Permissions

Depending on your device, WATCHTOWER may request permissions required for call blocking or caller identification. These permissions are used only for the app features described to you.

6. Third-party services

The WATCHTOWER Android app does not rely on third-party services to collect personal data. The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free aggregated audience measurement service with no individual tracking or advertising purpose. If a distribution platform provides its own analytics or diagnostics, those processes are governed by that platform's own terms and privacy settings.

7. Contact form

When you use the contact form, the name, email address, reason and message you enter are sent to Form.taxi to deliver your request and protect the form against unwanted submissions.

Form.taxi is operated by wrkt*biz Reinhard Söllradl in Austria. The service is hosted in the European Union and uses Mailjet to deliver email notifications. Form.taxi may also process technical data required to secure the submission, including the IP address.

The information received is used only to answer your request. It is neither sold nor used for advertising purposes by 3D.MONTI. Form.taxi states that submission content is retained for as long as required to provide the service and for no longer than one year. You may exercise your rights or request deletion of your message through the same form.

8. Security

Because the WATCHTOWER app does not collect personal data, risks related to the app storing personal data are reduced. We still recommend keeping your device and the app up to date.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect functional, technical, or legal changes. The last updated date indicates the most recent version.
